How do I know if the clothing I buy from Vehuco is in good condition?
I received an item that doesn't match the description.
My order says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it.
- Check with your roommates, neighbors, property manager, doorman, or front office
- Search around your property in case the package was placed in an alternate location
- Confirm with your delivery provider to see if the parcel was held or delivered

All handbags and jewelry sales are final. Most clothing and shoe sales are final, with a few exceptions at the discretion of the seller. If we fail to describe a flaw in an item accurately, we will communicate our consideration to accept a return for store credit only. All return requests are considered on a case by case basis: no cash refund. Returns at the discretion of Vehuco are allowed for store credit ONLY.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and must have ALL the original tags attached. No exceptions.
