How do I know if the clothing I buy from Vehuco is in good condition?

We are committed to selling only quality new with tags and secondhand items that have been thoroughly inspected for damage or defects. We carefully evaluate every item to determine its quality and condition. Items with excessive signs of wear will not be sold on Vehuco Style. Minor signs of wear will be explicitly stated in the item description and in photos so that you know exactly what that item will look like.

I received an item that doesn't match the description.

Every item Vehuco sells goes through a thourght inspection process to ensure that they’re in excellent pre-loved condition and that they’re listed correctly and accurately. If you believe that the item you received does not match the product description provided please contact Vehuco immediately. Provide your order number.  Returned merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and must have the  original tags attached. No exceptions.

My order says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Occasionally, orders are prematurely scanned as delivered and may still be held at the post office for pick up. We ask that you follow the steps:
  • Check with your roommates, neighbors, property manager, doorman, or front office
  • Search around your property in case the package was placed in an alternate location
  • Confirm with your delivery provider to see if the parcel was held or delivered
After following these steps, if you still cannot find your order, please allow 10 calendar days for it to be delivered. If you don't receive your order in this time frame, please reach out to us.

Can I cancel my order?

Vehuco processes orders quickly and we may not be able to cancel your order before it is labeled and shipped. If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to Vehuco with your order number as soon as possible!

What countries do you ship to?

Vehuco currently ships to the United States, Canada and the UK, with plans to expand to additional countries in the future! 

What's your refund / return policy?

All handbags and jewelry sales are final. Most clothing and shoe sales are final, with a few exceptions at the discretion of the seller. If we fail to describe a flaw in an item accurately, we will communicate our consideration to accept a return for store credit only. All return requests are considered on a case by case basis: no cash refund. Returns at the discretion of Vehuco are allowed for store credit ONLY.
